Damages and issues
We will not accept responsibility for any damage to items that have taken place during transit. All our products are well packaged to help ensure they arrive to our customers safe and securely during the delivery process.
Items are eligible for an exchange or a refund no later than 5 working days from the date that the item has been received. Item must me unworn and still have its tags.
Orders that were purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be exchanged.
Hijabs cannot be exchanged or returned due to health and safety reasons.
personalised /customised orders are strictly non refundable
once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject refunds if we deem an item to be used and not in a resaleable condition, the customer will have to pay delivery fees for the item to be redelivered to them.
Do not send back products without initially not emailing about a return/refund. In this case you may be ineligible for a refund .
Bridal abayas are strictly non refundable.
